I’m a small business who needed help and these guys did that without trying to get rich off of me!! And most importantly these guys are very professional and honest, would recommend indefinitely.

Excellent service guys came out and got the job done! Truck wouldn’t crank for anything , being a company owner and driver with no knowledge of these trucks mechanically I didn’t know what could be going on , Thought I could’ve had a blown engine and was freaking out because of a load I had to drop. Was a little skeptical at first to call someone mobile out but the tow was an arm and leg , called Bison out they knew what the issue was within the first minute of arriving! Very knowledgeable and efficient guys , It ended up being the starter got the job done in a very timely manner and ended up paying a considerable amount lower than a tow alone would’ve been , thank you bison! Appreciate your services until next time

Stay away from this so-called “mobile mechanic” service. They lure people in with a low quote, then pile on ridiculous hidden charges like “distance fee,” “near-highway fee,” “hot weather fee,” and more. What starts as a small rate quickly turns into an overpriced nightmare. They also refuse to take credit cards or Zelle—only Cash App—so you have no way to dispute or protect yourself if something goes wrong. That’s a huge red flag. To make matters worse, they clearly don’t know how to fix much of anything. Instead of solving problems, they leave you with a bigger headache than you started with. Do yourself a favor: avoid this shady operation at all costs.

Great service! honest, and knowledgable, was able to get to the bottom of a no start no crank on my box truck that would probably costed well over 1k plus a tow to a shop that would have taken there time then probably took all my money , turned out to be some broken and corroded wires coming from the ecm wiring harness, appreciate the fact Roccie was patient trying to find the issue and helped me save money by giving me options on the repair after finding the problem. after some advice i was able to repair it myself I have had my trucks serviced at well known shops around Columbus that charge a lot of money and do poor work so i appreciate the good service!
